"For many years, I used watercolors to emulate the color and texture of softly-draped fabrics on paper and that fascination with fabrics, combined with a long family history of quiltmakers is what led me to take up quilting. It has evolved from an interest, into a passion. One quilt design leads, inevitably, to ten more and on to a progression of ideas, which promises that there will never be enough time to do all that I want to do."
